We are a third generation family run manufacturing company specialising in sub-contract, precision CNC Milling and Turning of components and assemblies to our customers designs. We are also able to offer our own in house finishing and spray painting of the parts we machine . We can also arrange for most other additional coatings or treatments as required.

We can machine aluminium, stainless steel, copper, steel, engineering plastics and most other materials. Utilising the latest CAD/CAM software, our programmers are able to create programs from customer model files which ensures the accuracy of the finished machined part.
Our turning department includes 3 axis turning centers with live tooling, meaning milling operations can be performed in the same set up as the turning, this cuts out the need for secondary machining operations. We also have standard 2 axis CNC lathes for conventional turning operations.
With our large capacity CMM we can measure the parts we machine extremely accurately and produce full and detailed measurement and quality reports upon request. Our quality management system is registered to ISO9001:2015 and is monitored annually by nqa.
Normal and hard anodising can be arranged in clear, black or numerous other colours.
Other finishes that we can arrange are sand/bead blasting, vapour blasting, electroplating and cerakote.
